750ml • With 13 weeks on the skins, this wine is technically an orange, but unlike any orange we’ve ever had. For starters, it’s unfiltered and unfined so it has a bit of haziness to it. It’s also mainly Chardonnay, which is bold variety for juice that ferments in a barrel. But alas, Stanko and his son Saša are masters of their craft and this wine speaks volumes to just how elegant an orange can be.
