750 mL • There is nothing like Italian oranges and this one is a classic. This wine is from Fongoli’s biodynamic and certified-organic vineyard, and made of hand-harvested estate 85% Trebbiano Spoletino/15% Grechetto. The Trebbiano is kept on the skins for two days, taking on tannins and native yeasts, and the wine is aged in stainless steel for several months before bottling. The result? Lovely kumquat and apricot florals and a nice dry finish. Highly recommend with spicy food.
