750 mL • The Love Whites has evolved into a captivating blend, now featuring Orange Muscat from California, known for its aromatic charm, and a prominent inclusion of Picpoul from Windmill Vineyard, adding a refreshing brightness. At the winery, white grapes undergo a light footstomp for enhanced complexity and practicality, followed by a gentle press. The wine is then fermented and aged in mostly neutral barrique, with a portion in stainless steel tanks for six months.
